Inspired by Moroccan carpets, Guatemalan huipiles, rosary beads and beach combing, I have designed jewelry for more than four decades and sold it throughout Europe, Japan and the United States. Individual fabric beads are hand sewn and strung on knotted silk cord. Embellished with vintage coins, amulets and charms, each piece is one of a kind and created entirely by needle and thread. Recent collections are available at my studio in Half Moon Bay, or Bateau Hair Salon in San Francisco and by commission.
